Greetings from the STL home of the 2011 World Series St. Louis Cardinals. I was just informed that I've been smoking something every weekend since Thanksgiving... my response was "and your point?" As long as I got wood, propane, meat and applejuice I'm gonna fire up the smoker! I ordered the wireless Maverick T732. I'm trying to fine-tune my poultry and next will be a large piece of beef... my new saying, "If it can fit in the smoker, let's smoke it!" So far I've feel in love with an apple hickory wood mix.
