my brother who lives in Texas wants me(Indiana) to send him some of my snack sticks if i use a Leggs seasoning  and cure #1

how long can they be unrefrigerated   and do i need to ship special??

As long as you vac seal them they will be fine. Use priority mail.

I have shipped to my 2 sons in Iraq and Afgn and they get there fine (dont last long though)

X2.  I have also shipped vacuum-packed smoked cheese w/o any probs...
