@Dexter, i like the stuffer really much, but i like to learn to use it alone. I thought by my self, how can i buy a replacement gasket. They should be work for a long time, but how is the situation in a couple of years ? Who knows ? Next week i have to make a phone call about this.

it all looks good, but that picture of the sandwich is top notch!  How did you prepare the skirt steak?  I want some!

Teas BBq: Heh ., I uswed my new stuffer today,,,the one that you got...dang..., I really liked it., not having to reload every 5 minutes., we did 15 lbs in less than and hour doing snack sticks. Ill post some picutre later., as they are in the thin bleu smoke right now. Getting close to done. Its been a long dayBCI smoked the Pastrami first ( thats another set of pictures). More to follow !!!

I used only a seasoning from Weber, not else.
