Hello everyone!

Well, I am about as novice they get about smoking, but I am excited to be on my way. I just bought an ECB and with help of some of the modifications I read about here I am off and running. I having been cooking for quite some time and am eager to learn about smoking. It feels like a little own world unto itself.

Thank for having me abroad and I look forwarding to sharing my experiences.

Welcome, great to see another NorCal smoker on the board!  You'll find a lot of great info on the board.

I'd recommend the 5 Day e-course to help get you going in the right direction.
