I have a kenmore 4 rack vertical propane smoker. I have been looking at the char griller with a side firebox that can also double as a charcoal grill as well. the family loves the taste of charcoal over gas but ive been trying out some smoking as well with a friends smokey mountain thats a real nice smoker but a little out of my budget. From what im reading most prefer wood over charcoal or gas
