Hello. I am new to this forum and am looking forward to some great ideas and great info from good people. I live in NW Ind. and am relatively new to smoking. I bought a cheap smoker over the summer at a garage sale for $12.50 and had a blast with it. I decided smoking was going to stay in my blood and upgraded to the Beast. A Weber Smokey Mountain 22.5 smoker. This thing is redonkulous. I'm dying to fire it up. Any tips or advice or words of knowledge would only be appreciated. Looking forward to hear from anyone..
