Hi to all.

New to this forum, and ready to learn from the rest of you. I have years ago with my Dad

who use to cure and smoke lots to foods of all types have never had the time myself to do much, till now. I remember some of what he use to do but very open to learning from you guys who really mastered this art. So hi to all!
