My wife and I thought they turned out pretty darn good.
I made delish rub; smoked at 220-250 for 4 hours; for the final 45 mins basted with a commercially available BBQ sauce mixed with honey.
This was the first time using my UDS to cook ribs so they were a tiny bit dry.
The ribs available in New Zealand are crap to be honest; hardly any meat on them and expensive as can be. $42 for these ribs.
