I wanted to try out the new stuffer..
Thawed 3 pounds venison and 4 pounds butt.
Used the hi mountain mix and added garlic, slap ya mama and onion.
Also spashed in some chipolte flakes from smoking-K.
I wanted to test out stuff and the stuffer so no grind or mix pics..
I didnt add enough water..it was quite mushy..but no enough.
The stuffer hung up and flipped the breaker several times.then wouldnt go any further near the end.
Next time 2 more cups water.
Anyway I tied it off at MES 30 lenghts and got them smoking this morning.
Will do full pics next time..
