I know not everyone is going to enjoy low 70's and blue skies today but we are here in Houston.  If you are cooking for new years leave your menu in this thread so we can all be envious of whet everyone else is cooking.

1 Pork Picnic Roast

24 links of sausage

5 pounds of drum sticks

2 yard birds

40 Jalapeno ABTs

Cole Slaw

Peach Cobbler

We will be about 10 degrees warmer today but a little bit of fog this morning and tonight.  Gonna be a harsh Texas Winter.

I got a boston butt in the smoker now. I started it at 4:00 AM (it's now 9:41). Man, I'm hungry.

By the way, it's already 60 degrees here in Charlotte.

Honey brine Chicken Boobs ( 2 hours) rinsed and patted dry then rubbed with PaPa's stuff, will leave in the fridge overnight then follow Jeff's receipt.

Seasoned grilled/smoked turnips and onions

Stomped taters (I will supply receipt at another time if y'all wish)
