I'm not much of a message board guy and I've only been looking a couple of times but I haven't seen any builds on here involving a large pull behind trailer. My team has two pull behind cookers, a Tucker and a homemade rotisserie, we purchased a 20' trailer and are looking to either mount one or both these cookers to it or custom build a smoker. Would really like to check out some layout ideas from other trailers. Is there a short cut to find these threads?

Thanks for any and all help!

Did you use the search bar to look for info? I have seen several builds in progress. Mostly reverse flow smokers which I think would be the way to go.

Thanks guys!

@Mike-I've used the search some but mainly just bouncing around on some of the posts scanning for photos of what I'm looking for, this is a great site with tons of very talented work! May be a good thing I just now came across it....I found one similar to what we're looking to build but it looked like it was mainly for tailgating and didn't offer much ideas for what I'm looking for

@solar - Thanks, that's a nice one but similar to what we've got now, I'm looking to mount something like that (but smaller) to a covered trailer with prep space, sink, fridge, etc. Thinking of fold out sides to create seating areas, thinking bi-fold on the front and a single leaf on the back, both hinged across the top to create an awning.

We are doing something similar. We just got our 3 compartment and handwashing sink last week. Most of the roofed (is that even a word?) I have seen have been built from 1" .120 wall square tube for the frame using thin shed type corrugated metal. That will be phase 1000 for us I think.

build the roof with bent pipe go for the covered wagon look
That would be cool but I'm afraid that wouldn't work well with the awnings, right now thinking about a shallow pitched roof with a vent, pretty hot summers here. Also thinking about building the sides to slide out to create more working space. Big guys need room
