G'Day all from the merry ole land of OZ!
I got a new gas smoker for Christmas and am taking it for its first run today!
I seasoned it with Jack Daniels smoked wood and some pallets as well!
Now having a crack at my first Cook Up!
Smoked topside beef in Red Wine and Adams Secret Spices (Forgot what I actually put on it! lol) and pulled pork with Kevin and Amandas savory rub!
I'll post the final verdict on how it turns out and would welcome any help or tips anyof you have to offer!
