Hi all,

My name is Lee, I am an avid fisherman here in upstate NY.

Just got mt Smoke Hollow vertical propane smoker yesterday. I have already found a wealth of info from you guys n gals on the site already. Thank you very much.

I am looking forward to becomming a avid smoker as well as a lot of folks I guess.

Thanks for the hospitaility guys.

I have completed my first smoke...Chicken leg quarters.....already the best ive ever done! We are drooling over here.LOL

Signed up for the ecourse and will do my first batch of ribs next week!

First off welcome to SMF there lee. You'll really like this place for there are a bunch of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat. Then if you have any questions you just post them here or yu can try in chat for a faster answer. If you are really new to all of this I would recommend that you look up and take the e-course. It is free and it will also give you the basics on smoking. So with all that said now go and get something to smoke.
