Hey all, i'm Paul from thornton colorado. Been wanting a smoker for awhile (wife and i split up in sept and since i cant really cook everythings been on the grill and its getting old). Parents got me a smokey hollow electric smoker for christmas, got home and put it together and have spent the last 2 hours snooping around on here, and digging through the freezer to see what i can smoke!

Going to season it tomorrow and probably wont be able to smoke anything till after i get paid this week, christmas kind of cleaned me out. Never smoked anything myself, pretty much grew up on smoked sausage so ultimately after some practice i'd like to do some of that.

But anyway i'm 26, your average tattoo'd up redneck, huge into diesel trucks/performance, cars, bikes, hot women... The usual! I'm a welder by day and pickup alot of sidework out of my garage to keep me out of trouble. Basically just living life and having fun!

First off welcome to SMF there Paul. You'll really like this place for there are a bunch of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat. Then if you have any questions you just post them here or yu can try in chat for a faster answer. If you are really new to all of this I would recommend that you look up and take the e-course.
