Baby Portabella Mushrooms are not listed in ChefJimmy’s Au Jus, but I love mushrooms, and think they work great in the Au Jus.

I really like your prime rib. Now I have seen alot but all of them look awesome.

You just can't beat Prime Rib w/ JJ's Au Jus.
I came very close to not making JJ's Au Jus. As we were at the store buying every thing we needed the wife asked why not just buy a can and be done with it? For a second I thought she right but then I told her I just wanted to try. After we tried it we will be making it again, thanks JJ.

nothing better then a good smoked prime rib rare to med rare.  I'm hungry for some prime but it's cost prohibitive here over $10 per when I checked last Monday.

That looks awesome! Did u do it in the smoker, or offset grill? Also, what temp and time? I've got one, and want to do it too.
