Excellent meat.

If that is a green bean casserole, now we really know it is Christmas!

Good luck and good smoking.

You guys really know how to do Christmas!

I had company who liked medium well meat.  They got rib eye steaks so the rest of us could get medium rare.

The rib roast I originally bought for Christmas will be for New Years.  Also, I didn't get any green bean casserole, so that will be with the New Years meal, also. I should have added that we also need some Hoppin John for good luck.

We might manage some home made rolls.  Bassman are you out there?  Apple pie and ice cream probably won't be home made.

Great job for Christmas, Brian!

Good luck and good smoking.
