third time brisket

I use jeffs rub and sauce for my brisket!

I however did over cook it as it just pulled apart into shreds but taste wise it was great!

cooking the other two pieces on new years eve for a late night snack

I WILL TRY TO REMEMBER PICS BEFORE SERVING
