SIck of Turkey for Thanksgiving and Christmas so we decided to smoke a rib eye and SmokinAl's Au Jus.  Smoking with Oak

Took it too 132 IT and then rested for about an hour.  Our guests loved it so much that they are going buy one for me to do at a later time.  Best Rib Eye that I have ever tasted.

Great job there Jeremy. Now that you have done one on the smoker it will be really hard to make another one in the oven. You should try meatloaf next my wife will not let me make one in the oven again.
 
Looks great - someday I'll find the courage to do one of those. 


Dave this was the first one that I have done and probably the easiest piece of meat that I have ever smoked.

Mark I have done a meatloaf....it's just been a long time.  I think that I might do one of them next off weekend.
