Hey - long time lurker finally decided to stop reading and begin posting.

I am after all a professional since taking 3rd in ribs in my first contest!!  lol REALLY i did. entered a local contest here in centralia mo...me an a buddy...we didnt have a good name so...NOIDEA BBQ was born.

I love to BBQ - Experiment and well drink barly pops while waiting for my secret creations to be perfectly cooked...or not. either way I have fun.

I am going to screw up my smoker so check out my post in the Build forum...tell me why it wont work!!
