Well here we go it is about 30 dergees outside in North Texas, Fired up the A-MAZ-N- pellet smoker. I will run a 2 hr cold smoke with apple then apply the heat.
After a 4 he smoke with a apple wood all done cut up. Turned out "lip smacken" with a little jalapeno
pulled the breakfest links, They really look better than what this picture shows. cheap phone camera
