That's the only thing about snack stix and little sausages all the tieing. Now on a recent trip to the oldest smoke house in Staten Island New York they were using a really thin almost a twine that I haven't been able to fine. It looks like it wouldbe alot easer to use and easiers to tie too.

Thanks men for the cudos. Still in the learning stage os sausages only my second run. Started sealing then up this morning to put in the freezer and the casing on the snack stix are tuffer than what you would want. Any tips on what to or not to do next time. I did everything the same way as I did my 1st run. Maybe I am just a little to picky.

NEPAS, I noticed your son and daugther are active in the military. I want to say thank you, as well as to both of your kids for their service. It is because of their sacrifices we get to enjoy ourselfs here and do the things we love. A HUGE MARRY CHRISTMAS to you all. Have a blessed day my friend.
