Love your website and all the information I can gain from it. Have been reading for about three months and decided I should say hello. Started smoking meat about a year and a half ago and am addicted. My wife tells me I am nuts. Currently own an electric store bought smoker and a homebuilt offset. Used a three hundred gallon tank and a fifty gallon tank. I am about to start building my vertical...and I am so excited to get this thing on the move.
