Got a small TT rubbed down with some Santa Maria TT rub. Did the rub lastnight , covered and frige. Re applied just a tad this afternoon and ready for the SRG.

I use a springform pan at the bottom of the SRG, I add pellets around the outside of the pan. Today is apple.
SRG on low for awhile.
Got some taters in the oven while the TT is doing its thing.
Now its done. IT 154
