Nice start!   I like the hatchets for handles.  Were they hard to weld on?  Just wondering about the temper of the blade.  Keep taking plenty of pictures.

Fine looking smoker you got started there. I like the big warming box to take advantage of the heat. Heavy duty trailer and that's what's needed for these big smokers. Are you from Hollister Ca.? You'll be smoking in no time.
