Just joined the Forum.
I have enjoyed the smoke ring on the web for a number of years but I thought I would get up close and personal by joining this forum.
My set up is a Bradley Original with Cold Smoke add on and a Weber one touch platinum with cast irron grate and a Smokenator.
I really like long and slow with the smokenator but I am game for anything.
Has any one tried smoking racks of Wild Boar Ribs?
