First time ribs in my new smoker

yesterday i finished my new smoker and i decided to give it a test run with ribs

got some  ribs a simple rub of salt sugar garlic B pepper chili and paprika 

and Apple Spitz

took some time to learn the smoker but i got it right

I'm not sure which one looks better the ribs or the smoker. I'm think that I'm leaning towards the ribs. There looks like theres enough for me too.

Hey got a question for you on a Droewors make. Hows about using venison in place of the lamb?
