Tried wings Saturday, they turned out pretty good. I did 12 garlic/butter, 12 olive oil/ Tonys creole, and 12 olive oil/ Everglades Heat. Smoked them around 2 1/2 hours at 225 with apple chips.

Now thoses are some good looking wings but there is one thing that I see wrong. Theres just not enough.
