Smoking in Utah

Hello! I'm Marcy from Utah. Hubby just gave me a Smoke Vault yesterday for Christmas (he just couldn't wait until Christmas actually got here). I smoked up some deer jerky last night and am working on a beef brisket today. I'm afraid he's created a monster... if it's not nailed down it's gonna get smoked!

Thanks for the welcome Raptor. I'm absolutely blown away at all the info that's here! Think I'll get lost in it for a good long time. I think tomorrow's plan will be to attack the massive amount of trout I've got in the freezer.

First off welcome to SMF there Marcy. You'll really like this place for there are a bunch of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat. Then if you have any questions you just post them here or yu can try in chat for a faster answer. If you are really new to all of this I would recommend that you look up and take the e-course. It is free and it will also give you the basics on smoking. So with all that said now go and get something to smoke. Now you have a super Hubby and you'll love that smoker.
