Got one of my wifes things going.

Its like a stuffed square meatloaf fatty to me.

Now thats something that I haven't tried yet but will soon. The wife love smoked meatloaf to. I looks like a meatloaf fattie to me.

That looks really good!  How long did it take to get done?  and what was the internal temp?


Took about an hour and 18 min. Meat IT was 167, MAK i had set to 375.

I can control my MAK anywhere within 300'
