Just ran across this forum looking for information on smoking.
I'm from Concord NC and i'm pretty new to smoking foods. I have 2 Boston butts in the smoker as I type this. I have been having problems with my current meat thermometer and after reading all the good reviews on the Maverick 732 I went and ordered one.
I'm looking forward to reading and as mush as I can from all the great knowledge posted here.
