There is about 100 lbs hanging. Ring bologna, snack sticks and summer sausage. All goose/mix. Can't wait until it's finished. I will post pics when it's done. I have 4 different spice mixtures: jalepeno, jerky spice, pepper spice and snack stick spice. THIS IS THE FIRST SMOKE!
