First thanks to Jeff and all that post information on this site. I have taken the e-course and spent months reading the many posts on here. I have and do cook outside often. Always put smoker box in the grill love the smoke taste. I currently have a Wilimington stainless tailgater gas grill, a Weber Smokey Joe, and seems like have a Masterbuilt gas XL under the tree for Christmas. I am retired and have lots of time to cook and smoke. Have much to learn and just loving it. I have looked at the Okaloma Joe, Horizon and am leaning heavy toward the Lane 42" Deluxe for a latter up grade. Will see how the XL works out. So with that said am looking for 2012 to be a smoken good year. Jeff the rub and sause recipes are super for the little piddling have done on the grill and Weber so far.

First off welcome to SMF there Chockoh. You'll really like this place for there are a bunch of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat. Then if you have any questions you just post them here or yu can try in chat for a faster answer. If you are really new to all of this I would recommend that you look up and take the e-course. It is free and it will also give you the basics on smoking. So with all that said now go and get something to smoke.
