Hey Lee I think it was in the 1-1 1/2 hour range. It didn't take long compared to most smokes.
It would make an excellent Christmas/New Years meal.

You are right but I think I'm going to Prime Rib route. I haven't decided which I'll do yet but I am doing one of them for dinner on Saturday.
