As stated in another post Mrs Dee gave me an MES 40 for Christmas (Let have it early too!!!). Well when it arrived I figured I would season it and then plan a smoke for next weekend. Nope!! The Mrs. came home took one look at it and said what are you going to smoke?? So while it was going thru the seasoning process I went to the store and picked up one rack of ribs.

Sorry the only pictures are after the smoke, camera problems (actually operator error). Since I did not the usual amount of time for my normal rub I did a modified version. Garlic salt, onion powder, lemon pepper, and little brown sugar. Used the 2,2,1 method. These came out good could have used more spice.
