Wow Kevin it looks great .i never did with emmenthal cheese is it not to sharp taste?

Emmentaler = 'Swiss' cheese.

I love the stuff. Cooking it brings out the 'nuttiness' of it yet its considered a pretty 'mellow' cheese.

Ha!
So here it is....December 12...just about a week after I made a 10lb batch of the bock & kasewurst...
 
...and its already disappeared! Every link gone....banana_smiley.gif
 
NOTE TO SELF: make a bigger batch next time!
 
Good news is there's more room now in the freezer!
