Hello all!
Well, I come from a long line of smokers. Just about all my family has smoked food sometime in their life. I'm proud to say that my family started the Sonny's BBQ restaurants located in the south.
I grew up mostly in Orlando and Tampa Florida areas but have now settled in Jacksonville, FL. I work in IT with Web sites and run the smoker at least once per week.
I have found a wealth of knowledge in the site. As I always say you never stop learning. I look forward to some good times.
Here are a few Q-Views from my recent smokes. I currently use a custom built off-set smoker. My girlfriend is from Baltimore, Maryland and I have slowly turned her into one of us good Ole southerners with all the smoked food and southern traditions. She says my redneck meter grows everyday although I have never considered myself one.
