Hi all!  Just joined the site, love all the info on here.  I have a horizontal smoker with separate fire box that we bought two seasons ago for one of the box stores.  Smoked meat is WAY better then just grilled.  Have done beef roasts, turkey, chicken, ribs (my favorite), corn and can't wait to do more!
