Hi all

Been lurking for a while.

Live in Central Cali

Just got a Masterbuilt electric smoker and fired it it up for the first time today.

Did a brisket and baby back ribs turned out pretty good for my first time

THANKS to ALL the GREAT info on this forum

If I figure out how to post pic will up load a couple

If the pic is on your computer, just click on the insert image icon at the top of the text box & follow the prompts.
 
Dr Rat,

 Pics from new members are held in que to prevent spammers.

 A mod will be notified and they will be posted.

This stops after a certain number of post and your pics will post fine.
