Family drove down to visit me and the little lady and it was my first year cooking the whole dinner. Came out good but after picking up the wife from the airport weds morning, go to work, start prepping the food, then start smoking the bird at midnight since the wife had to work early on thanksgiving and it was a 25lb bird. All and all Iv slept about 6 hours in the last 3 days. Family left tonight so i think im going to just sack out till monday. Potatoes were smoked then mashed. Green beans were stir fried with evoo and garlic.

Now that's a great looking Thanksgiving meal!

You did a wonderful job preparing it!

Love the color of the turkey!

Thanks Al. Thought I lost the bird when I knocked over my water smoker.

Your wife is lucky to have such a good cook around

She cooks for me too but with such a busy week she couldnt help if she wanted too. She knows how lucky she is when it comes to keeping her eating happy.
