We have chickens so we have a good selection of fresh eggs.  I made about a dozen of them and they were gone in probably a little over an hour.  The kids were tearin em up.  They were really good, I'll have to try them with a stronger wood, maybe get a better smoke flavor, I used oak.  I didn't pay attention to time very well, I had a couple of the crack open from being too done.

I am able to get farm fresh(brown) eggs as well, I used the store bought leftovers that the mother in law had from deviled eggs. I bet fresh would be much more gooder. I used Mesquite because a lot of the family doesn't care for "Strong" smoke flavor, but it did well with the eggs.

That looks like another item on the to do list. Is there nothing you can't smoke?
I work with a fella, real backwoods guy, POW/Vietnam Vet, that swears the best way to cook a frozen pizza is on the smoker...

Great job on the bird and the eggs my friend. and i gotta say ive never tried doin that with eggs before, but i sure will now
Make sure you make enough to go around. They go quick!!
