Hello to every one,

  I have been reading Jeff's Smoking Meat news letter  for along time now and trying many of his ideas and recipes on my Big Green Egg it's all great, also his Rub and BBQ Sauce are very good as well.

How ever this is my first day as a member here.  I want to tell you how happy I am to be in contact with such a large group of men and women who enjoy this form of cooking as much as I do.It's my pleasure to be a member.
