Hey everybody I'm from Pirate country in Eastern NC where if nuthin else we tailgate like a BCS school. I just got a Masterbuilt 30 inch electric smoker with the analog control. I have a lot of questions since this is my first foray into smoking meat. Any help I can get involving water use, preheating, meat seasoning, and pretty much any tips that have come from your experience. Thanks.
