Newbie Smoker lookin to become a master

Thread Starter

Jim from Bremerton WA, US Navy Sailor on my twilight tour before I retire on Shore Duty so I decided to pick up smoking and hunting as hobbies.  Hunting went well, just no killing, but smoking has been working out very well for me.  MBES is my tool, turned out well for me on my first smoke for hickory spare ribs, and my second was 14Lbs of Brisket w/Mesquite and charcoal.  Couldnt have done it without following the forums since I didnt even know how to separate the brisket, in the end it filled 3 racks and was delicious.
