WOW Looks great. I never considered Prime meat for jerky. I will have to visit Costco today. Did you use a slicer for the meat?

No I hand sliced it. The sirloins I bought were about an3/4" to an inch thick, so I took a sharp knife and them horizontally first, then cut in strips and chunks.
