Lufkin Texas,
Been cooking for 30 years, Retired as a chef, worked and owned 17 restaurants, worked in Country Club, Hospital cafeteria and enjoy cooking for my friends and family. Spend 3 years in Canadian Navy stationed in Churchill Manitoba could not wait to get out of there and move to Southern US. I have lived in Lufkin Texas for past ten years and loving it. Been in States for 46 years. Glad to be aboard, looking forward to visiting with everybody and exchanging ideas and recipes. Thanks

Texas looks better to me every year.  I spent a little less than a year there in the service.  I must compliment the Texans on how well they treated us service guys!
