New member here, just started seasoning my new MES 40 that I bought after reading all of the positive comments (Thx Todd...). Waiting for my AMNPS to deliver tomorrow and I plan on doing 2 nice butts this weekend. After coming from an Egg for last 3 years (still a GREAT cooker), I just wanted a break from the slepless nights worrying about the temps, or resetting the Stoker ATC I use, or my network going down... You get my point.
Will post my first cook with pics this weekend and I appreciate all of the helpful advice I have received so far...
