I hope this is the right area for such a post.

I found that with a propane smoker like a Landman or in Australia called the Hark, that it is handy to have a spot to dry brined fish,jerky or chicken pieces and at the same time be able to just place the prepared rack of produce straight into the smoker. Also handy for rotating the different layers whilst cooking.

I made this rack holder from Stainless steel then pickled it with nitric acid. and then a good hose down.

Dieseltojo, Looks like a good idea for the Jerky makers,this will bump the thread and others may catch it and want one themselves
