See what y'all started about the green tomatoes try'n to ripen them. When I read the thread I got a hankering for some fried green tomatoes. Luckily tomatoe season is in now so i went down to see my friends that own a packing house and got some green tomatoes to fry up.
I just use half flour and half baking powder "CORN STARCH" (for crispness). I call them "Tomatoe Chips".. lol
