Ok my wife's friend form Hawaii is coming to town and wanted to get a southern expeirence. what better way to save money than to just cook for them. Smoking some baby back ribs, sausage, abts, and grilling some shrimp and fresh made salsa. Going to post what all i did plus qview tom. so much to do with little time involved.
