Pastrami Hash - Page 2

I really like this, it is also good with leftover twice smoked ham. I always just chop it in the food processor to my liking and freeze in breakfast size portions. Then I bring it camping and cook in the skillet, always a big hit at my place.

Since pastrami is smoked corned beef both are perfect!!!!
